Packages marked delivered in rare cases were delivered to the incorrect address. If this is the case then please contact the shipping carrier (Fedex / UPS/USPS) to open up a tracer to see if they can investigate the issue. For USPS cases you will need to go to your local post office to speak to the postmaster to open an investigation.
All shipping carriers will have a 10 business day investigation time to perform the tracer. In most cases the package is found during this time frame. If the package is truly lost please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
